Starting with the IBEW, Daniel has worked for over 25 years in the electrical industry in construction, maintenance, and reliability. Daniel is now a Strategic Asset Engineer for the Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi Refinery. In this role, Daniel leverages his previous FHR Corpus Christi Electrical Reliability Specialist knowledge – including outage scoping, electrical technical and preventative maintenance support – to work across site capabilities on Root Cause Analysis/Learning Teams, Asset Advancement, and innovation improvements.

Since graduating from the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship (NJATC), Daniel has become Certified in Infrared (Level I) and Ultrasound (Level I) and earned the recognition of CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional). He is a member of SMRP, a Founding Board Member for SaRA (Safety and Reliability Association), and a member of the IBEW.
