William Rodeman is a maintenance expert with 20 years of experience, in charge of Development and management of the Electrical Safety Program across many facilities and multiple business units at Land O’Lakes Inc.

He is CMRP certified and holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Akron.
